Committees

Board Committees

Finance Committee

This committee is responsible for the oversight of all financial matters of the affiliate. The purpose is to assist the Board of Directors in its oversight of the affiliate’s financial affairs. This includes the affiliate financial health, planning, budgeting and other significant financial matters. This committee is chaired by the Treasurer of the Board of Directors.

Governance Committee

They work to keep bylaws and policies current and in alignment with Habitat for Humanity International as well as State and Federal nonprofit guidelines.

Operational Committees

Family Selection & Support

Currently combined committees will focus their joint efforts to ensure the family qualifies for the HFH program as well as having the support to remain a successful homeowner. 

Fund/Resource Development

This committee works in cooperation with the Board of Directors in ensuring that the fiscal needs of the affiliate are met and to share the opportunity throughout the community to participate in the ministry with cash and in-kind gifts.

ReStore Committee

The purpose of this committee is to provide support and expertise in the area of operations, retail development and marketing, product (donation) acquisition, volunteer management and ReStore budget development.

Construction Committee

The purpose of this committee is to oversee construction activities, house plans and properties for all of our builds.
